At SheInspires, our mission has always been clear—celebrating, empowering, and supporting women. We know that women entrepreneurs face unique challenges, from access to funding to meaningful networking opportunities. That’s why we have launched a new monthly business support series—Twilight Sessions, in collaboration with Innovate UK and Bolton College.
Our first session, held on February 25th, was a sold-out event, proving just how valuable and necessary these sessions are. With a limited group of 20 attendees, we ensured meaningful connections, providing women in business a space to learn, grow, and collaborate. The focus? AI and its use for small businesses—a game-changing tool that every entrepreneur needs to understand.
We had incredible speakers sharing their expertise. Billy Gilchrist delivered a masterclass that was eye-opening, helping women see how AI can be leveraged for productivity, marketing, and innovation.
A Room Full of Inspiration
What made this event truly special was the incredible mix of women entrepreneurs who attended. From the Managing Director of a hugely successful business to business coaches, mentors, and trainers, the room was filled with expertise and ambition. We had women venturing into niche industries like trains and toys, alongside designers, eco-warriors, fashion entrepreneurs, and sewing studio owners who are not only building businesses but also training and mentoring others. The event also brought together women running retail businesses, many of whom are selling through online and social media platforms, proving that digital entrepreneurship is thriving. The energy in the room was electric, with shared experiences, connections, and collaborations taking shape in real time.
