This February, we had the absolute pleasure of bringing these stories to life with Cooking Up Dreams: Stories of Passion, Food, and Business, a special video series by SheInspires in collaboration with Taste of Bolton.
Featuring Dipti Modi, Diana Portoro, and Gayle Coleman, three incredible women who have built businesses around their love for food, this series was a celebration of resilience, creativity, and the entrepreneurial spirit. Each conversation was filled with insights, laughter, and the real, unfiltered experiences of what it takes to succeed in the food industry.
Over the course of the series, we had the privilege of hearing from three remarkable women whose journeys in food and hospitality are nothing short of inspiring. Dipti Modi, our SheInspires 2024 Global Winner (India), shared how her culinary expertise has transcended borders, proving that food has no boundaries. Gayle Coleman, our 2023 Hospitality Winner, now a valued SheInspires judge, spoke about the importance of giving back and mentoring others in the industry.
