SheInspires, in collaboration with the AKKA Foundation- Maharashtra (India), proudly delivered its highly anticipated Lead with Influence Course for Women in Business. This five-day intensive program, exclusively available to members of FICCI FLO India, proved to be a transformative experience, equipping participants with essential leadership skills and empowering them to thrive in today’s dynamic business landscape.
The course, designed as a comprehensive blend of interactive tutor-led sessions, engaging videos, thought-provoking quizzes, inspiring presentations, and insights from expert speakers, provided participants with a holistic understanding of key leadership concepts. Covering a wide range of essential topics, including effective leadership foundations, strategies for leading inclusive teams, prioritizing personal well-being for sustainable success, and mastering communication and corporate polish, the Lead with Influence Course left no stone unturned in preparing participants for leadership excellence.
Speakers included esteemed individuals such as Prof. Christian Harrison, Dr. Nafisa Nalbandh, Boluwatife Esther Oyesola, and Liz Hardwick, who shared their invaluable insights and expertise with participants. Tutors, including Ray Hanks, Gulnaz Brennan and Lisa Rees-O’Donnell, guided participants through interactive sessions, fostering an environment of collaboration and learning.
Delivered in partnership with Alliance Learning, part of the University of Bolton Group, this initiative marked SheInspires’ first step into global training programs for women worldwide.
